BEIL-Smart Line

The new „Smart Line“ from Beil-Registersysteme offers a system of punches (Smart Punch) and benders (Smart Bender) in various levels of automation and combination for sheet- and web-offset as well as for commercial and newsprint to the market. The system was shown at IPEX 2006 and right after at Grafitalia in Milan.

The “Smart Line” is a modular system from stand-alone-units up to fully automated inline/online systems. Dependant on the platesetter in use, the registration and positioning of the plates will be handled through registering pins or video cameras.

This modular system guarantees a fast realization of various configurations which could be setup and adjusted individually to any customer specification.
